I think I get invested into it as I have known people who roped. No matter how indirect it is when you see or hear of it being talked about and it happens you feel guilty and think it could have been stopped. I do not know what he is thinking about or his life experiences so only mine are being used to influence my behaviour which is to try and tell him to not do it.
