Physical and psychological addiction is almost guaranteed with frequent use, kratom withdrawal is comparable to heroin withdrawal because it’s an opiateBut what are the long-term effects of using those two daily?
Be careful man, I had a friend who dabbled into both phenibut and kratom a lot and his addiction spiralled out of control, very easy to get addicted to that stuff, tolerance builds quick, withdrawals are very nasty.

Probably some other stuff but thats just off the top of my head
Okay, I phrased that wrong. I made it sound like because it’s an opiate the withdrawal is going to be comparable to heroin, this is not true.Kratom has not even close to the same potency as heroin. Heroin is likely more than 100x more potent than kratom if not even more than 100
Just because it's a opiate doesn't mean it's heavy. Opiates comes in various diffrent potency. Kratom is a mild opiate

You’re right kratom and heroin are nowhere near eachother when it comes to the potency of the drug, sure.
But the withdrawals you get from kratom are hell, just because the drug is mild in nature, doesn’t mean the withdrawals are going to be mild, don’t underestimate it. Some even consider kratom withdrawal worse than heroin.
Be careful man.
Buprenorphine is methadone right? The withdrawals are not hell either
I workcelled 9 hours a day during the 2 weeks breaks and I just felt depressed n tired (which is my normal way of feeling anyway since I have depression) but I could still work. No physical symptoms either like you would normally get from opiate withdrawals
I used to take buprenorphine before which is a very potent opiate (40 x more potent than morphine) and that withdrawal was actually hell. Kratom withdrawal is nothing compared to it
Buprenorphine is methadone right?
I’ve heard of people comparing that withdrawal to kratom.
But at the end of the day I guess it’s dose and individual dependent.
