If you’re hypercalcimic u should supplement t4 and t3 in a ratio of 4:1 supplement Bromocriptine and take calcium rich foods

i have hypercalcemia despite taking k2 mk7?

i get decent amount of sun, not too much, same with calcium. but got tested 12mg/dL. i should use mk4 instead? or calcitonin?
