This is honestly very true. Slightly overrating myself, but I was in the 4.5-5 PSL range at like a very dry 13-14 percent (stagnated at that body fat since I kept eating the same stuff and never changed my activity levels) then bulked and never got back to it. Had some slight cheek hollowing too. One day I'll get to 10 percent. Body fat really is the true killer of male looks.

I'm going for 8% this summer i was prob below 10 last one but my cut was only 1.5 months then now it'll be 3 month cut from 14% starting bf

I Stopped it because it is too much work and i have enough hooding from opry tier browridge anyway

tbh I had cheek hollowing evenbefore gymcelling and looksmaxing, that was already past my truecel stage though

nevertheless I looked emasculated, like a freightened holocaust survivor, I was 21 but looked like I was 13

leanmaxing might always work if you have good bones and a wide face, but in my case it was crucial to gymcel (build neck and masseter size) and eat enough nutrients appearently and I look a lot healthier at similar bf percentage but with more muscle

I lost 20kg (after having bulked from 60 to 88kg) by keeping fats low <35g , carbs low-moderate (<100g) and protein close to 150g, better would be to eat even more protein probably. This definitely worked for loosing weight, but long term it is very unhealthy to eat almost no fats, because hormones are made from them. I did really feel like I had less testosterone after doing that for more than a month.

What I did before was to keep fats at close to 100g but have carbs very low, this worked not as well for loosing weight (still lost weight though), but I felt a lot better on that diet. I'm almost certain I had higher test levels then.

Doesn’t really matter in winters

most people’s faces are last place to gain fat so 15% bf in winters isn’t bad , more than that is bad

low bf is important in summer tho so you can walk around shirtless , go to beach and pick up chicks

Yea but you can be 15 % bf and it won’t show too much on your face (well depends on person)
 
Ive never been 10% ever. I usually hover 15-17 but i got the muscle to look like im 12% even here im actually 13% kek

But if I'm being honest, if your face is very good-looking, you can be 20-25% bf and still get a lot of girls. But looksmaxing requires low bf% obviously.

25/100 nah, that's way too much. I'm literally 30/100 until recently and i look way leaner than the average guy with my bodyfat and yet it just look bloated too much. Every lb i lose is life changing.
