L-Arginine - why is it underrated here?

Because everything is cope, even 15IU of pharma grade HGH for a 15 year old won’t work

If you want the optimal amount go for 5-9g here's the study, take on an empty stomach so that amino acids from other foods don't interfere or something like that

I wouldn't recommend doing this because you have to fast to use it. You can't eat it with food or working out, you have to space out time. I have a bad gut so I can't eat a lot during the day ( I eat around 4 hours or else I have sticky stool, etc. ). I just implemented it before my sleep and after eating. Don't do it enjoy life lol

You have to build your routine because mine might not be optimal, I'd recommended adding nofap to this and HIIT training.

3 hours after a meal / 3 hours before working out and before bed. 2x a day

9g l-arginine
3g of l-lysine

What are you using it for?

Forget Arginine. L-Citrulline is where it´s at. Its twice as potent as most of direct Arginine supplementation would be lost in conversion.
