L carnitine= more androgen receptor sensitivity, Creatine = dht booster, more dht binds to receptors = more anabolic state in puberty = more skull growth bone mass etc etc also taking magnesium gglycinate zinc d3 k2 etc etc but can someone ive advice is this worth it is it cope has anyone tried this???? also pls fuck off w roids suggestions here not everyone has access to or wants to take that risk of potentially fucking up their hormones for life due to a stupid decision while in puberty
