L carnitine= more androgen receptor sensitivity, Creatine = dht booster, more dht binds to receptors = more anabolic state in puberty = more skull growth bone mass etc etc also taking magnesium gglycinate zinc d3 k2 etc etc but can someone ive advice is this worth it is it cope has anyone tried this???? also pls fuck off w roids suggestions here not everyone has access to or wants to take that risk of potentially fucking up their hormones for life due to a stupid decision while in puberty

yes ok obviously roids are gauranteed and more effective results but niggers in forum cannot comprehend the fact that maybe some people are not so desperate and not only cant access it but also dont wanna risk that shit in puberty and fuck themselves up forever

Only if you are deficient to begin with, which most are, as most do not care at your age. More stuff and higher dosages do not equal more and better results.

Nah, my T went from 370 to 679 with a month of supplimenting stuff I wasn't deficient at. Lower end of the norm and upper end are two completely diff things

Yes but this step will not make a significant difference visually or if your goals are to optimize your dimorphism. It will probably impact your mentality and drive though
