Lack of sleep = Lack of height growth

I'm not even going to make a long thread or anything, but I just want to make sure that all heightmaxxers realize that regardless of your long-ass protocol with all the peptides and AIs in the world, none of it will make a difference without optimal sleep. People on here spend 100s to thousands of dollars on heightmaxxing and optimizing their hormone levels for maximum growth but never really factor in the most important part. You should be getting 10-12 quality and deep hours of sleep while your growth plates are still open.

If your stack isn't giving you the progress you expect despite having open growth plates and you are feeling hopeless, stick with it (if it's proven) and improve your sleep schedule. PRIORITIZE YOUR SLEEP OVER EVERYTHING, if you are an heightmaxxer on here that often finds themselves here late at night, losing hours of sleep, your efforts will all be IN VAIN. I guarantee that your heightmaxxing progress will improve significantly if you start optimizing your sleep to a perfect level.

How old are you and have you found sucess with long hours of good sleep height wise?

i literally have to wake up at 5:30 in the morning so it’s pretty much impossible to get that much sleep

Not necessarily. Optimal duration varies.

Also where’s the proof or evidence that lack of sleep reduces final height?
 
I slept 11-12 hours a day my entire teenage years, ate lots of protein and calcium yet I am 5'4"

Nigga obviously this isn't directed toward niggas that took the natural route. Good job though on being healthy! Imagine the fact that you could've ended up even shorter than that without doing those things

That's good, however, if you wanted to maximize your height, getting more sleep would be better!

Sleep at 8 o clock then brother! I've realized that if you really really want something in your life, you'll do anything to achieve it. But if you can't it's fine, it just limits potential height gains

I'm specifically referring to 10 hours for maximizing results from your heightmaxxing stack. If you aren't on any exogenous HGH boosters, 8-9 hours should be fine.

i come back from school at 4 and i do other stuff too lmaoo but i think 10 hours is a stretch maybe 8-9 hours would be ideal

This isn't about sleep for normal people! Or sleep for people naturally trying to grow! I'm referring to individuals who are using height growth stack or protocols (heightmaxxers) and aren't seeing progress! I'm trying to urge them to maximize the efficiency and production of those boosters and peptides, SLEEP LIKE YOUR DEAD

I mean that depends on what time you begin sleeping. Starting your sleep at 10 PM is much better than 12 PM if you are still waking up at the same time in both scenarios. Starting your sleep at 8 PM is better than starting at 10 PM if you are still waking up at the time in both scenarios. In these two scenarios, the two hours make a significant difference as your HGH production is the highest between 10PM-2AM

I feel you, but it depends on how badly you wanted to grow taller, if you really wanted it, you would've sacrificed valuable time.

It was physically impossible for me to sleep more than 9 hours a night. My body wouldnt allow me even if I tried
 
Lack of sleep does shrink height even after plates closed. Legit sleep is a free looksmax that is heavily underrated in this soy world
