I'm not even going to make a long thread or anything, but I just want to make sure that all heightmaxxers realize that regardless of your long-ass protocol with all the peptides and AIs in the world, none of it will make a difference without optimal sleep. People on here spend 100s to thousands of dollars on heightmaxxing and optimizing their hormone levels for maximum growth but never really factor in the most important part. You should be getting 10-12 quality and deep hours of sleep while your growth plates are still open.
If your stack isn't giving you the progress you expect despite having open growth plates and you are feeling hopeless, stick with it (if it's proven) and improve your sleep schedule. PRIORITIZE YOUR SLEEP OVER EVERYTHING, if you are an heightmaxxer on here that often finds themselves here late at night, losing hours of sleep, your efforts will all be IN VAIN. I guarantee that your heightmaxxing progress will improve significantly if you start optimizing your sleep to a perfect level.
