How does it affects bones? I'd 6 psl for sure if I slept at least 2 days.

It just improves your skin tone and you get less dark circles. You look more healthy and have less risk for anxiety which can prevent muscle growth or hair growth

Best thing you can do is take a 3 month break from junk food, video games, internet, ritalin, fap, porn etc
after 5 years you will never be the same and will have stunted development ngl.
you need to make the best out of this fucked situation and try to get your brain developing as normal as possible from now on.

I destroyed my physical and mental development by staying up playing videogames during my 13-16 years old, basically either not sleeping or sleeping 2-4 hours max.

Now I've already payed the consequences for that, but seriously, sleep is the most underrated and important thing here. Fix your hormonal rhythms by going to sleep at the same hour for atleast 3 months and your SCN on your hypothalamus will do the rest of the work you want. No exogenous help will do anything drastical until you do this, even if it looks like it's working and you feel it, you're just losing the maximum potential of the substance and money.

Hmm depression and being high all the time hahah,have to take antipsychotics cant hanfle bei g high anymore almost died of a drug overdose

how do you know that you destroyed your physical development? how can you know if you are stunted?

Because since I fixed up my sleep schedule and perfected my sleep hygiene, I've had godly insane amounts of energy, I've put on muscle even without training and my face has shifted a lot in a period of 6-7 months. You'll know when this happens. I was stucked at 177 cm since I was 14, but now I'm 185 cm, and that's again over a little time frame when previously nothing really happened.

18, started to fix everything stated above at 17.
interesting. It's the opposite for me I slept 8 hours until 16 and then I started to sleep 5- 6 hours on average. I was 170cm at 15years old and 186 at 17.5 despite having a worse sleep schedule

Something I forgot to mention is that the amount of hours you sleep will be reduced once you've set your sleep schedule and you start to optimize the sleep itself. However, I guess you just started to sleep less, if you manage to be 100% all day with just 5-6 hours on average without even thinking about it, then your genetics are really good working under stress.

Hmm. I was almost always sleepy at midday tho, right after my classes ended it was around 1pm so I took around 1-2 hours of nap as I was home therefore at night until 1-2am I didn't want to sleep. I don't know if those naps helped me because GH releases at night at 2 am during sleep

GH releases are highly dependent on the individual, it varies a lot between the genetic information and the environment you're in. But yeah, naps can be helpful, I remember a study that said they could help the HPA axis, but I cannot find it anymore, and afternoon naps also peak in more GH.

Anyways, if you feel like sleeping like you're doing rn it's working for you, and you legit feel cool about it, then keep doing it, the more I learn about cell signaling and hormonal pathways, the more I realize how much your body knows that you can't fucking explain. Keep yourself on the path to ascension man.
