basically just try to focus on an object from a distance without squinting and u will have moments where ur eyesight becomes perfect for a bit, should heal the eyes with time but i havent researched this.
also minimize glasses, contacts and screentime

The most ideal age is 21 to 23

do not do it at 19 because your vision will get worse

my cousin did lasik at 19

but he ending having a less bad vision by 24
and it stopped getting worse

he said “dont make the same mistake i did, 21 or 23”

deadass don’t get lasik. it fucked my dad up a few years after he got it and he regrets it hella

Better to get PRK. I got PRK at 18 and it was the best decision of my life

Your eyes usually stabilize when you stop growing, dont get lasik until youre 100% sure your eyeballs are done growing
