Im 19 years Old 6‘2 Tall But I have the feeling that I would be much taller I have a wing span 6'3 my hands are very big and I wear shoe size 47.5 I don't know if these are all signs that I would be taller I would have paid more attention to my diet in puberty bring raw milk still something if I'm wrong then please say it ( sorry for my bad english )

Raw milk might taste good but it doesn't do miracles.You are already have pretty much the perfect height

raw milk is cope for height, it has health benefits and a lot of nutrients but tbh nothing in it will help you grow especially at 19, considering your hands are very big and shoe size is large as well, your growth plates are probably already closed, get an xray to make sure if u want but large hands are a tell tale sign that ur done growing

i dont think your plates are still open, the lenght of your foot doesnt mean you're ment to be taller or else, just means your foot developed more
