Cutting isnt hard at all. Just drink a bunch of diet soda, drink green tea with every meal. And eat high seciating foods atleast for half ur calories. Half of my calories would come from popcorn a day, and id chug it down with a cola with ice. Its fucking delicious and you'll fell full.
