what causes this type of philtrum area? its just too long and protrudes forward. gives me smile lines and casts a shadow that look very subhuman in bad lighting.

mouth protrusion? overbite? fat pads? forward growth?

it doesn’t look wide in these pictures but it might be due to your hair covering the sides of your face, yeah maybe it’ll look weird because your ipd is a bit narrow and that can throw off your facial harmony but overall you look fine, if your philtrum bothers you a lot you should consider lip lift
