Late bloomer 16 yo pubertymaxxing tips

I'm turning 16 in may and i haven't reached puberty yet , my father or mother wasn't a late bloomer which is really weird because i don't know why else i'm a late bloomer. And yes i'm sure i haven't reached puberty yet.
My dad is 185CM / 6'1 and my mom is 173CM / 5'8 while i still am 168CM / 5'6 and still sound like a 12 year old.
Even my younger brother that's 13 years old is outgrowing me! My growth plates are still open. Tips???

Well what did your doctor say? there's no point coming on a forum to some internet aspies when you have a professional. Did you ask them about your pubertal development?
 
Was in this position too, didn't know what to do so I just waited and my test started rising eventually ig

Thanks for your reply man , nah I'm fr and i wouldn't know what lying and telling tales would bring me on this site ? :lul: The puberty doctor I visited about a year ago told me it probably was bc of my meds playing with my hormones and to let my body take it's time to find it's rythm :feelswat: It was pretty much useless information...

Facial hair(n) , armpit hair(n) and my voice didn't even get deeper the last few years and I still sound like a 12 year old but yk where yea but i'm pretty sure that's the first stage of puberty
 
There's indeed pretty much nothing you guys can suggest so I'll update just y'all or sum

Understandable, yeah doctors often cope. And it is true that your body genuinely just randomly "finds its rhythm" at some point.

That point for me was at 17, everything before that I shared the same symptoms as you.

You can either just wait or change something about your lifestyle and see if it changes anything in the next few months (Diet/Sleep/Exercise) And if nothing changes even a little in the next 3-5 months you could research roids.

Doesn't matter lmfao late bloomers do exist, pretty commonly too. I'm now 6'2 but was once a manlet jfl. Same with zeta

if what you are saying is true and that you sound like a 12 year old and believe you haven't reached puberty yet then you may be in luck. A lot of time people cope saying they are late bloomers when in actuality they just didn't receive the benefits of puberty they wanted.

In my case I was actually a late bloomer (a lot of people on here for example a guy in the replies above is being cynical about the whole thing but dont worry it is a real thing). I was 5 feet tall entering highschool. My father is 5 foot 9 and my mother five foot 4 so average heights. I remember when I was 15 entering sophomore year of highschool I was 5 foot 3 and grew to about 5 4 or 5 5. Then I started working at Mcdonalds and turned 16.

At that point in life I started eating way more calories (thats why i mentioned the mcdonalds thing). I ate lot of calories and I grew from 5 4 to 5 7 in that 15 and a half to 16 and a half time frame. Then from that point I grew to 5 foot 9 flat senior year. My growing slowed from then but now I sit at about 510 actually almost 5 11 (i haven't measured myself but most people tell me I look closer to 5 11 or 6 foot rather than 5foot9 to 5foot10 range).

Most people are cynical about heights but I can't be anything but grateful coming from being the shortest kid in my class every year and being extremely short early highschool. I think it also affected me socially being a late bloomer because while other kids were worrying about getting girlfriends and things of that nature I was a pre pubescent little boy reading and playing videogames all day. Being a late bloomer with a fast puberty also pretty much garuntees terrible acne because of the sharp change in hormones. I had to get on accutane 7 months ago after struggling with it for a while but it's all good now.
