Late bloomer 16 yo pubertymaxxing tips

I'm turning 16 in may and i haven't reached puberty yet , my father or mother wasn't a late bloomer which is really weird because i don't know why else i'm a late bloomer. And yes i'm sure i haven't reached puberty yet.
My dad is 185CM / 6'1 and my mom is 173CM / 5'8 while i still am 168CM / 5'6 and still sound like a 12 year old.
Even my younger brother that's 13 years old is outgrowing me! My growth plates are still open. Tips???
