I am 180cm at 18.9 years old. I have grown 2 cm in the last 8 months ish but I’ve hit a wall in the last couple months. My brother is 186cm at 17 and he height mogs me to death.

What can I do to grow at this age if my plates are open a little bit? (Delayed onset puberty) I’m not getting LL but is GH and MK worth it and how much do I take? Is more better? Will smth like anastrozole work with the GH and what can I take to reduce decompression during the day? how do I get a doctor to sign off on it?

Is it completely over should I just resort to frauding or can I get at least 4cm of bone growth?

Where do you live?? 180cm is 5'11 and here when I was 5'11 I towered everyone. average height here is 5'9 and most people i see outside are 5'6-5'9

Avg height is 5”10 but it just feels like most people arnt 5”10 it’s either 5”9 or 6”1 and in the least narcissistic way possible most people are subhuman so I reckon I subconsciously filter out all the 5”7 ltns and I notice the taller ones more maybe. I’m only 6’2 now, but I grew slow and steady so I was actually able to gauge different heights relative to everyone else as I grew. I kind of blended in and was average when I was 5’9, when I was 5’9.5 It wasn’t much of a change but I noticed I was ever so slightly taller than some. When I was 5’10 I was legit taller than a lot of unless they were 6ft+ and at 5’11 I was just taller than most. I realised it more as I kept growing loll

Tbh 20-40% of height is epigenetic and during my first and second growth spurt I ate like shit and stayed up late playing Minecraft so I could have probably been 183-4 by now.

184 is just over 6”0. Also the guy talking about habits wasn’t saying your guaranteed to be short with bad habits but you have a range of heights you can be from birth say 177-183. You can never exceed that but you can be shorter than you could have been.
