Lateral canthus cut

I'm aware that a medial canthus cut is risky, so I'm going to refrain from trying that. However, I'm wondering if a lateral canthus cut is safe, and if it will help with my eye area.

either curl your eyelashes (and if you don't have them grow them with latisse) or if they're too long to the point where they cover your outer canthus and you don't wanna curl them cut your eyelashes short on the outside part so that the outer canthus can be seen. Don't cut your outer canthus ffs lol, there is a reason you don't see people doing it here.
