Planning a medial canthus cut, any tips?

I’m buying sterile medical scalpel, ultra fine medical grade skin marker for eyelid surgery, medical grade cotton, and Hypochlorous Acid Spray. I will clean my hands with soap and warm water then apply hand sanitizer and gloves. I’m thinking of taking Prozac or finding a compound that will prevent my anxiety from making my hands shake. Therefore it’ll be precise, I won’t cut too deep, just enough for the dermal layer, and right after I’ll apply cotton. Only work around will be parents, I could use an eye mask. Does anyone have tips? people who have done this before please lmk

I feel my eye area is good from the front but my medial canthus isn’t so good
