Well, imo you need genioplasty or genioplasty+lower jaw advancement depending on your occlusion(you had class 2 bite right?)

The spacing between your lower and upper lip would suggest you need Bimax and obviously also chin advancement. Your biggest problem right now is lack of maxillary definition tbh.
