My stats right now:

148mm bizygomatic width
123mm bigonial width
65mm IPD
204mm facial length

The pros of reducing 5mm of bizygo width:
0.437-0.439 to 0.454 ESR
5.01 FWPFL to 4.84 (same as o'pry i think)
0.83 Bizygo to bigonial to 0.86-0.87

cons:
1.99 FWHR to 1.93
1.39-1.4 Total FWHR to 1.43 TFWHR (biggest con)

Is it worth making my eye area ideal but risk having a long face? Only way I could counter this is to reduce chin height, or lower my hairline

are your eyes spaced one eye apart ?

Yes, roughly

my ICD is 33mm
PFL is 29.5-30mm
so actually you would benefit more from a canthopexy/canthoplasty than a cheekbone reduction
in my opinion, esr doesnt dictate one's eye spacing appearance but its rather the combination of PFL, ICD and OCD.
so having a higher pfl would give you the wide face + wide eyes halo
but this is just my opinion so take it with a grain of salt

The problem with a lateral canthoplasty is that it depends entirely on my orbital socket and even then you can't expect more than 1-2mm, tbh it could be what I need but its easier to botch

As you can see my PFL looks like shit, even though the raw number is actually 30mm which is considered average or whatever. Most male models have this aswell, but way less face width

I found multiple model's online who are worshipped with Sub-2 FWHR, Which make's me question if 1.9 FWHR is Ideal (What I am trying to get at is, I doubt this would make much of a difference).

For TFWHR, However, I would recommend calculating your Chin-to-Philtrum Ratio and your Forehead Length (Width between Temporal Ridge / Height of Hairline to Glabella), this would kind of narrow down which path you should take.

Mirin. I've seen you in several cheekbone reduction threads, glad you're active rn.

Imo anything 2+ is either gay alien or very masculine if you have the look for it
My chin-to philtrum is 2.56, my philtrum is 16mm and my chin is 41mm

In theory I could reduce the chin height by a bit, or get a hair transplant to lower the hairline. Is 1.42-1.43 really that bad of a failo? I think Vito Basso has 1.40

Thank's man, I haven't been active as much because of Travelling and everything (I have also been falling out with this community since there's not much I can do regarding my look's currently), but I think if my 2 cent's can help somebody, I might aswell try.

The entire "Muh Zygomatic bone has to be a Square bonesmash and zygomatic implant's and filler and bonesmash" thing has to be some sort of inside joke, I have not seen much good-looking model's with prominent lateral zygo's (Even Vito Basso look's out-of-place with it).

My chin-to philtrum is 2.56, my philtrum is 16mm and my chin is 41mm
You are correct, there is some wiggle space in the Chin, I kind of calculated it quick, so please take this formula like a grain of salt.

(2.56 x 16) - (2.2 x 16) = 5.76m
if my calculation isn't bogus, you can reduce your chin by 5mm to keep TFWHR Ideal after your zygomatic reduction.
(I used 2.22 as an ideal CTP ratio for this calculation, but feel free to incorporate 2.1 instead of 2.2 if you'd like.)

Nobody can give you a clear answer if you don't get the Surgery, even morph's will be weird when it comes to this. In my viewpoint, I think you should just get the Lateral Zygomatic reduction first and then decide if Chin reduction is needed or not.

Yeah community has been pretty shit lately, I mean for the past year or so ppl are just asking the same basic softmax questions and no one is thinking outside the box anymore.

This, I have awesome zygos in good lighting but it all comes down to how I'm treated both by girls and society, if ''muh zygos'' thing were true then i'd be giga mogger, u dont need insane zygos to be chad. Of course, flat zygos are shit because you dont have any bone support at all,

but in my case I think it would be best to reduce them, even if they're my most ''precious'' bone. It literally fucks w my most important ratio lol

Yeah. I've contacted some clinics in Turkey, btw where do you think I should do this? From what i've seen most recommend korea, but just the plane ticket alone is gonna cost me price of half the surgery.

Also it would be great to get since it will make my jaw look normal in comparison, so I won't have to get jaw implants for now atleast, 2 birds 1 stone kinda situation
