could lateral pelvic tilt cause facial asymetry i have a deeper nasolabial fold on one side also one side look more developed i also got unasymetrical rib flare also tmj on only right side.
can anyone share their past experiences on if it got better after fixing their posture,if they did how?

I have the same issue.

I believe every single face assymetry is just a chain reaction, that took action somewhere else in your body. It could be your feet, could be your knees, could be your pelvis, could also be your back, your neck >> atlas vertebrae >> sphenoid, and then last but not least your skull structure, which isn't always the case btw.

So we won't fix this by just "chewing on one side and sleeping on the back", because this is classic bullshit that doesn't help in most of the cases.

You can be literally BORN with fucked up atlas vertebrae, if your doc was retarded enough to not take you out of your mother properly (a singular wrong budge and move can fuck you up later on in your life).

If you have assymetry right now, you most likely had it before as well, it didn't appear just today or a few days ago, it just took you a few glances to notice it (most likely because it just worsened)

1) Structural

2) Related to the way your bones grew (the only solution here is surgery)

Well, take an xray. If the bones are normal and not like mutated and stuff, then your issue is structural.

Because i know some asian guy who had maxilla assymetry. His issue was that one side of his mandible was more longer than the other.

He insisted that chewing a towel will help him grow the missing bonemass there JFL.

Yes also is my cause of tmj and this weird thing in my shoulders where sounds liek stuff cracking went to a doc when I was like 12 retard said irs jus gonna go away when I get older nigga done gave me tmj which also then gave me a unsymentrical face cus one side is way more " bloated"

In my case shit got triggered last 6 months, thats when facial assymetry kicked in. TMJ obviously, but whats causing all shit is tight, bigger masseter and temporalis muscle. Yes the one side is overally more bloated, but it also create slight nasolabial fold
