Anatomy introduction
So, boyos let's start with the basic anatomy you need to know in order to start the procedure
The zygomatic arch:
You will be placing your filler above the zygomatic arch, spaced .5 of an inch apart
1776766064574

Arteries near the midface:
The red lines are representing a no pass zone for injecting your filler, The blue circles are highlighting a general area that is safe to inject + this is where you should stop for your zygoma filler either way lol
1776766064582

Layers of the body:
So the dermis is part of the skin layer and its very hard to penetrate, the Supraperiosteal is just the surface of the bone where we inject the filler
1776766064589

How to preform
Don't forget to use a High G ha filler

Needs:
High G ha filler, alcohol prep pads, eyeliner

1. Disinfect site with alcohol prep pads
2. Mark the points above the zygomatic arch .5 inch apart,
1776766064595

3. Inject all the way down towards the Supraperiosteal and aspirate for 10 seconds ( Aspirate= pulling back the syringe a little)
4. After aspirating if blood is pulled into the needle reinject in a different spot and repeat.
5. If aspirating clears and there is no blood Inject about .1 ml per point ( don't go above 1 ml to 1.5 ml per zygo)
6. Massage the filler side to side in order to smoothen it out, you can also massage it upwards. Never massage down

Post Op
Stay up for 4 hours monitoring for a vascular occlusion, the first hour is the most important
Bad signs of an early vascular occlusion:
  1. Slow capillary refill
  2. Blanching of the skin
  3. Purple dots
  4. Grey dots
  5. Area becoming cold
If any of this happens inject Liporase/Hyaluronidase right away, pop some viagra and cialis

I never thought of that, makes sense, I think a smart user that isn't a grey would be able to figure out how to do Zygo filler pretty easily

Thanks for the advice, brocel. I will start applying that to my threads in the future:02Pat:
