fattofat's right. Latisse is bimatoprost, a prostaglandin analog, and it works by holding lashes in the growth phase longer. The Ordinary one is peptides, totally different mechanism.

One thing worth knowing before you order the real stuff.. it can darken the eyelid skin and that doesn't always reverse. Fine if you're ok with it, just better to know beforehand.
