Latisse component that burns fat and can reduce IPD

Because it burns fat cells supposedly. And of course there are fatcells on either side of the eyeball which contribute to its position in the orbits. He is wondering if this product could burn those fat cells and thus reduce his IPD. I also wonder if one could use a fat building product like adipeau or valifiline (forgot spelling) to increase fat and increase IPD.

My other question was what about Latisse causes loss of fat pads. And if things like castor oil would cause the same.
