Plus, from what I’ve heard, Latisse isn’t even permanent the way minoxidil is for beard growth. Which is frustrating, since both work by stimulating hair follicles, yet only one seems to produce permanent results.

Oral is more systemic but can produce some side effects to hormones. I think there's a botb on it, go read up on it.
