sure, anything to fill out your frame is good and beneficial, even chest which is at your front and slightly to your side makes you look more filled out, but when we're talking about measurable width that actually matters, lats don't have an impact

First of all, unless you're fat and have extremely developed lats, you CANT even see your lats from the front if you have your arms to your side, RELAXED and have good posture. It's literally on the back of your ribcage and scapula, it's NOT meant to be seen from the front unless it's activated because it's a back muscle, and even if you develop it a lot, it will gather in your back and push out saggitally, not transervsally, of course relaxed

if you're a gymcel, try this:

Relax your arms fully and look at the side of your body and look at your lats; if they're developed, the muscle will be pushed out saggitally from the back. Now, flex it and spread your arms to the side, you will notice how the lat muscle is how pushed out laterally and no longer saggitally like when you're relaxed

TLDR: if you're natural, have average frame and muscle building genetics and are fully blackpilled on how essential a lean face is, you will never look big unless you roid. Lateral felt training should be your priority

so many people here are hesitant to cut weight, which is equivalent to a surgery because of the impact it had on facial contours, how the shadows reflect, your angularity etc, or be a "girly" weight because they think they will lose all of their width. If you're fat as fuck and push your arms to the side, yeah you'll lose width, but if you have a big frame and big delts, you will look even better if you cut weight and didnt obsess over lats too much

and by neglecting back and leg muscles, which are by far the biggest muscles, you can also cut down on protein intake, which is ideal for poorcels or people that don't want to buy protein powders

Traps can be a looksmin for people with sloped shoulders as it will accentuate the slope

Legs are fucking useless unless they're tiny
Right now I only do push-ups, lateral raises, neck curls, and maybe bicep curls. all tiny muscles but have the most impact on your physique and sex appeal. I don't need much protein, workouts are easy as fuck and recovery is super easy

What bodyfat percentage should I stop at when bulking?

Suifuel i have top 0.1% leg muscle insertions

in my opinion, beyond 15% you'd be growing fat cells faster than you could ever develop muscle cells, and that anabolic environment you're providing would be useless. more fat doesn't necessarily equal more gains, there's a limit to how fast you can build muscles, and it's super easy to be fooled by glycogen stores, water weight and fat fluff and think it's extra muscle. It's NOT. By the time you surpass being lean, you lost the most important thing which is face leanness, so whatever size again u made wouldn't be shit in comparison

unless you're 10%, don't bulk. If you're above, cut to 10%, then get on a very low surplus and workout ACTUALLY important muscles like shoulders, neck, chest and arms

FUCK legs and back, they don't add shit to your physique. Most girls hate traps, they slope your shoulders, detract from breadth because they make them less square. If you're lean, lats aren't going to push your arms out, and if they did, that's not fucking good and it looks retarded

what a waste of protein and muscle synthesis. I would rather hammer my side delts and get a couple of extra cm of ACTUAL width than train lats which MAY eventually push out your arms to the side which isn't even appealing, read so many girls say it's unattractive when your arms aren't on your side, I swear to God girls detect fraud like a Jew banker

lol suggesting that there's somehow a biochemical harmony between your side delts and lats? Unless you're gonna be on roids, literally no body is gonna fucking notice that u have big delts but small lats. If you're on roids, u don't need to worry about shit. Ur not gonna have an imbalanced physique, you'll just be wider with abs, a good chest and good arms and a thick neck

Side delts ACTUSLLY make you wider, lats are a meme for width and for ME personally, they're not worth training because I don't want to eat many more calories or worry about recovery or protein intake. If people wanna train them idgaf, I'm just saying, you're not gonna get wider from lats, which is one of the main goals of gymcelling

That's very true, but one of the main things people are concerned about when training lats is making them wider, but it only improves your taper from the back slightly and when fully relaxed, doesn't contribute to absolute width

Your training routine is trash, you won't build muscle mass effectively if you only do one exercise per muscle.

lol I workout 20 minutes 3x a week and get literally stopped in malls and in grocery shops by framecel ethnics asking me if I'm a professional swimmer, and what sports I do. Im not too concerned if you believe me, but my body is good and I believe in staying extremely lean and training showy muscles only. No body gives a fuck about your hamstrings and traps, girls care about arms, chest and shoulder to hip ratio, and a chiseled face

My triceps get a fuck ton of stimulation, biceps don't need more than curls, my chest is huge, my shoulders are broad as fuck, side delts don't need anymore stimulation than from lateral raises, and neck curls made my neck very decently thick

Have fun spending 1+ hours in the gym everyday, I don't really believe in that. Body is mostly about genetics and frame, and if you're blessed, all you need to do is train showy muscles and get super lean. Maybe because of your inferior genetics, you need a different isolation excercise for every fucking muscle fiber in your body, but the sad thing is if you have bad genetics, even a perfect routine or hours in the gym won't do shit

If I'm missing out on 20% more gains because of my shit routine, I'm perfectly fine with that. I don't invest in protein powders because my recovery is very easy, and I don't need a gym membership because my genetics are good enough where I don't need to bench 305 to develop a good chest, I just pushups and a backpack full of dumbbells, same for arms

To look good all around, you also need muscles like the rear delts, upper chest, lower chest, forearms, brachialis etc. If you would train these as well, you could significantly improve your body. I don't understand how you can ignore such general facts; it's important to train the muscle differently and to set new stimuli in order not to reach a plateau and build muscles at high speed.

Who said I'm opposed to these things? I do different pushups variations to hit different parts of chest. I do forearm extension and curls sometimes too, and side delts are so small that you don't need more than lateral raises to activate them

All I said is that I'm opposed to back and leg training because it didn't benefit me personally, and I provided grounded arguments why training back is overrated, and if wider shoulders is what you're after, it's all about delts

You didn't mention these exercises in your post, but it's good you do them.

But anyways, I also think, that leg training is useless as fuck. I disagree on your views on back training though.
