Cortisol is way more serious then you think.
Its important for Muscle growth as well as bloating, fat and water retention.
in easy terms cortisol is an hormone which is produced under Stress to help your body to do the protein breakdown (never stress) .
The Problem is that it influences ur Testosterone, Insulin (works worse on muscle) and even igf1 goes down, which you could read earlier is terrible.
you cant really avoid cortisol completly the most important thing is to fix your mindset just dont stress (sleep in scool for example).
If you activly do sport make sure to not always go to failiure and dont train to frequent (1rest day between workouts is fine).
if you want a supplement recomandation I use ashwaganda since 1 year and no joke its crazy for sleep and i lwky dont gaf anymore but thats just mental i think.
So stay calm and always laugh the stress away cause billions must laugh !
