Been considering using Hydrochlorothiazide + Amiloride to help combat insulin bloating. I'm already fairly lean around 10-12% yet still have a bloated face, I would be using Amiloride (2.5mg) and Hydrochlorothiazide (25mg) but unsure on if I'd see any actual results. I'm on 60mg Isotretinoin every day but not concerned about dryness, I drink 3L water everyday also
