Hello guys,
I got diagnosed with:
Skeletal: Skeletal Class III malocclusion (ANB -2.2°) with maxillary retrusion and transverse maxillary deficiency. Mandibula orthognathic to mildly prognathic. Both maxilla and mandible anteriorly inclined (counter-clockwise rotation). Horizontal (brachyfacial) growth pattern. True Wits -9.8mm. Proclined upper and lower incisors.
Dental: IOTN 4c. Angle Class III molar relationship (¾ cusp distal bilaterally). Anterior crossbite on teeth 22, 23 / 32, 33. Overjet 2mm, overbite 2mm. Transverse constriction of the maxillary arch with V-shaped arch form. Lingual tipping of 46, 45, 44, 36, 35, 34. Buccal tipping of 33. Rotations in the premolar region bilaterally. All four third molars impacted and displaced. Mandibular fixed retainer in situ. Full complement of 28 teeth present.
He sent me to a surgeon and they are planning to do a Le Fort I two-piece osteotomy and get the braces on for 2-3 years.
My lower third is asymmetrical and my nose is tipping a bit to the right and I have two different profiles, my left side looks better than the right. Ramus and everything looks better on the left. And my right eye is kinda lower than the left.
Do you guys think that the planned treatment will help me to fix my asymmetry and my right profile?
