Leader theory is probably the biggest personality related halo one could have. What I mean by that is being at the center of your friends group, loudest, etc. It's a huge halo and if you don't believe me, look at the halo effect of all lead actors, lead singers in a band, etc. Especially for lead band singers it's the strongest halo, you'd almost always consider them the most gl in the group even if other band members are more gling. On stage, they're literally at the front center and their voice dictates the song, which will give listeners an association of that and being the alpha of the group. And what that does is soften the blow of all the failos and overhighlight any halos. The biggest hurdle is having the dominating personality to be the leader of your friendgroup in the first place, but once that's done, you're good to go. The halo effect can probably get even stronger the more gl your friends are, because that means despite that, you're associated with dominance over them.
