155lbs rn, trying to reach 165 lean by end of march without bulking hard and getting chubby. If I bloat or put on fat i look terrible. Was thinking of eating a 500kcal surplus daily?? idk tho

f you eat a Whole Foods healthy diet you are unlikely to get fat I promise you. Eat 450 cals above (x depending on metabolism) and if u are seeing results then stick with it. But obviously don’t eat too much but if you stick to 400-600 only healthy food u wont get fat
