Rn 195-6 cm 87kg , around 17% bf, i want to get to same weight but 12% bodyfat while taking reta, so i believe lean bulk.

If anyone reading this, done that before, please share your experience and tips

dont "lean bulk" just eat as much protein as humanly possible, protein yogurts, bars as u can on reta, then work out and train hard, thats how u become vascular on reta and drop bf %. ur 87kg u shouldnt bulk u need to cut anyway

i never measured the percentage, its just what i suppose, im not fat whatsoever.

edit: just got the results . 14.1%
At 14% it would serve you better to use the Reta to drop 2-4% more bodyfat and then lean bulk back up from there.

17%bf and bulking :lul:
Cut to 12% and hit your micro/macros, bulking after 15% had no benefits and worse health if anything

I’d do daily pins in this case and adjust dose accordingly based on where you want ur appetite at
 
as reta is supressing appetite, what macros ratio should there be? in your opinion
1-1.2g protein per pound of bodyweight especially if you’re not using any anabolics while cutting. Don’t listen to the faggots saying “0.7g per pound” that’s how you lose muscle. 30-60g fat per day. Rest is carbs

ive heard many different things regarding carbs and some say 300g some say 100g, but everywhere is said to eat as muc protein yea
 
Yea if i was lean bulking and wanting to use it thats what I would do
daily pinning but still dosage of 1mg week and gradually increasing? or just increasing the dose, because i dont understand why pinning it every day would be better for my goals

It has less effect on your appetite when microdosed daily(still some) but retains all the other benefits like hitting glucagon and lipids and all that

If you wanna do like 2mg a week do .3 mg/day for example

Or you can just do it once a week its all what you want bro

It can help but it’s too situation dependent

How much Reta? How much t3? How do you respond to both? And so on

Overall though I would say reta’s appetite suppression is definitely stronger in magnitude than the increase in appetite from t3 assuming ur using typical dosages of both

Let’s say 3mg a week of Reta and 25mcg a day of t3

I dont know your body but in my experience I would have some suppression from baseline assuming those dosages

Reta is just too targeted, the fact its a GLP1 is going to make it inherently hit appetite whereas a thyroid medication is much more general in how it effects you, some people notice nothing on their appetite on t3

That being said, that dose of t3 will almost certainly help increase your appetite from what it would be without it

Nigga do you even know what the word bulk means? Have a hard time believing you're 17% at 190 lbs with this little knowledge on lifting you're probably underestimating your bodyfat percentage

It pisses me off so bad bro

My appetite is fucking disgustingly huge, even taking all this shit i have to zig zag diet to be successful

4000 calories on lift days and 1000 on non-lift days + shit load of cardio is the only way I’ve been able to do it

you fucking retarded twat, i want to preserve my muscle from getting destroyed because of appetite supression, and i want drop to 10 bf while maintaining muscle that i have, i can bench 225, i curl 22kgs, sure im not the most jacked and acknowledged about lifting, but i know my way around. made a little mistake calling it a bulk.

BUT IN THE FIRST PLACE WHAT THE FUCK DOES LIFTING HAVE TO DO WITH WHAT I SAID IN THE THREAD TITLE YOU DUMB LITTLE FUCKWUIT?

still, not quite a bulk, i want to keep all my muscle to a maximum of my ability, while dropping a few % of bodyfat. I was trying to figure out about other 2 factors of “automatic” fat burning while taking it, apart from appetite supression

I read like half of this but lifting has to do with this because it would take a yr or two of lifting to get to 190 at 17% bodyfat
