I'm onto extra lean ground horse meat, 94.5g of protein for 540 calories in a 454g pack I eat it once a day. 20mg of Zinc higher b vitamins than beef or chicken the only downside is very high heme iron like 25mg, but I donate blood on a regular basis about 5 times a year and drink coffee etc so not that bad, maybe it saves me from anemia

I sear it on the pan like 1 minute max it's still a bit red tastes so much better that way

but ok I will get onto steamed chicken

Ik its brutal

Had to give up red meat as a staple in my diet too :feelswhy:
Still eat it in social circumstances though. Not that picky

Have you used equipoise? i am close to 13%bf and i want to increase my vascularity, don't care much about muscle gains, what is your experience on it? can it be ran as the base of a cycle?

For most people running eq as the base of a cycle is begging for nuked E2.

I run it at 125mg with 350 test base

How long will your cycle be in total? what changes have you noticed? i've heard some users saying they got long term enhanced vascularity from an Eq cycle

Ill probably run it once i reach 12% bf and ill see about using test as base, is it too retarded if i don't go to the gym? i legit only want vascularity

Not even a month in, so i couldnt tell you

why these
I make a lentils soup which has potato, onions, carrots, and onions as the prime ingredients.

Wheat germ is also very nice in my yoghurt and exceptionally nutrient dense while also being a low GI carb which is great for my gymcelling endeavours
