You realise that bf% is basically skin fold thickness across the whole body? His skin fold on stomach is like 1cm max, that spot is likely the thickest, therefore other places are even lower, only love handles and butt is left, but even those are slighly higher thats not enough to impact the total average much.

I can't, neither can you. No one can even approximate correctly. The only way to know someone's body fat is in post mortem. Are you telling me you disected this guy and measured all the visceral fat inside of his organs? Body fat is complete bullshit. He's obviously not under 10% though. Look at the junction between his chest and shoulders. The folds are indicative of higher body fat.

Body builders are more prone to fatty liver disease, this is just guessing but it's fine.

regardless, there is no even semi accurate way of measuring bf unless you can provide one. All methods give wildly different results which are usually outrageous.

If I was to make an educated guess if I'd say you are 14% BF here.

It's obviously an approximation of bf%. 10% should have a fully defined 6 pack with no veins. 8% and under veins will be showing on your abs.
