I think we all know that being lean is one of the things that boost your attractiveness a lot.
But I now delved into some studies and I realized that its all in your WHR (waist to hip ratio).
STUDIES:
Singh, D. (1995). Female judgment of male attractiveness and desirability for relationships: Role of waist-to-hip ratio and financial status. Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, 69(6), 1089–1101. https://doi.org/10.1037/0022-3514.69.6.1089
Two studies were conducted to examine the role of male body shape (as defined by waist-to-hip ratio [WHR]) in female mate choice. In Study 1, college-age women judged normal-weight male figures with WHR in the typical male range as most attractive, healthy, and possessing many positive personal qualities.
In Study 2, 18–69 year old women rated normal-weight male figures with differing WHRs and purported income for casual (having coffee) to most-committed (marriage) relationships. All women, regardless of their age, education level, or family income, rated figures with WHRs in the typical male range and higher financial status more favorably. These findings are explained within an evolutionary mate selection context.
HOW TO OPTIMIZE WHR:
There are a couple of ways you can reduce your WHR,
THE LONG WAY:
Optimizing your waist-to-hip ratio (WHR) involves a combination of reducing abdominal visceral fat (lowering the numerator) and building muscle around the hips and glutes (increasing the denominator)
We all know this can be done thru exercise, a calorie defict etc etc
HARDMAXXING:
There is always medical and pharmaceutical alternatives to everything,
If u are a lazy fuck you could look into pinning (steroids or peps), lyposuction, or USC (Ultrasonic Cavitation).
Dont cope around being a fat bloatcell, and get attractive doing these things now.
