Only been doing it for a week but changes are crazy, just from the debloat and slight decrease in bodyfat. Eating 800-1400 calories a day so I can go back to normal optimal diet ASAP. My motivation is having a date with a HTB in 2 weeks. Otherwise I would still be stuffing my face for growth. (I’m 15)

is this a before after pic? No diff, and doing calorie restriction at your age is very very stupid, you are basically signalizing your body you will not have enough to sustain optimal growth

I think losing 3 weeks of potential growth is worth slaying for half a year more. I plan to do a 300 cal surplus with a very clean diet after I'm done this. I have the opportunity of teen love right now and what I'm doing is essential to experience it, because this girl is way out of my league.

Exactly what I'm trying to do. The difference in that photo is 4 days and if you actually look at it you'll notice. Skin looks firmer and I look less recessed IMO.

Yeah dude, I was so bloated from MK-677 and 300g+ carbs a day trying to grow, but literally 2-3 days of hardcore cutting, I lost like 4kg of water weight.
 
Meanwhile I could eat 3000-4000 kcal at one sitting
