Leaning down to 10% bf and 53kg and then clean and slow bulking on keto

I am currently on the Keto diet.
I am currently starvmaxxing till i get to 10% bf and about 52kg.
After that i wanna bulk back to 60kg but only build lean muscle mass.
Is this possible with good training and staying on keto?
Surplus would be 100 cals.

Not certain how to answer the possible question, what I can say is that 8kg of lean mass is large amount if you are planning to be natty, maybe integrate low carb rather than none into your diet after you get leaner just so you feel better while lifting

Good-luck figuring your plan out

A notable thing I’ll say is that 10% is RNG (Gaynetics) as to whether or not you can still feel good and put on size over time (naturally), when you do get that lean I’d get bloodwork if you can (maybe a week or two post cut) and confirm your hormones are in line, if the hunger is unmanageable gain like 4-6 lbs and hang around 13-14% while trying to gain muscle

I personally don’t feel as great lifting consistently when I go sub-11, but I can’t say it is impossible
