What’s better, I am 5’11 and I’m currently 165 was 185 and lost a good Amount of body fat around 12% now. However my size has decreased pretty fucking terribly. Is face really all or is it worth to bloat max to get more muscle than shred down. Feel like looking built increases sexual attractiveness by like .5 or 1 depending on how good your physique is. However face is obviously super important, though once women see ur a subhuman skinny chit your sexual attractiveness decreases for that .5 improvement in face from leanmaxxing.

This was my physique at 175, I’ve degraded a shit ton of muscle cause of autistic water fasting for a couple days per week.

yes. face > body.
being shredded, moggs though for body shape also. I don't know many women, that prefer blated body shape, most like lean/shredded/low fat bodyshape with some decent or good muscle mass amounts.

Why adding, and jojo with fat?
If one is really 12%bf. Just go at mainteneance levels intake, wioth alot/plenty protein. and one should add muscle mass steadily, no problem, with time.

show me the proof?
that going bulking mode, gives decently significant more MUSCLE MASS gains. Than going maintenance mode, with high protein split.

aka, no protein intake, while gymming = muscle mass loss. if done alot. at least feed the body building blocks to build muscle.

he is right. Bulking might give you a tiny bit more muscle but when you cut the muscle is lost. Also lean>size. The physique you had is perfect just have to cut a bit of body fat

bulking is gonna add a lot of muscle is done correctly but even if u won’t gain that much fat you’ll always be bloated and you’ll lose mental sanity

Lean max. Here's why
If you are skinnyfat or chubby, youre gonna get more chubby on a bulk, and you're gonna look like doo doo for 2 years. If you cut first, you will look like a hungry skeleton for some time and people will say you look too thin, but lean is better for facial aesthetics by a long shot, and you will.be in a place where you can bulk and still look good throughout the bulk . So if you cut down to 9% and bulk for a year and a half, if done right you will still be lean and could look good shirtless. You could even still see your abs if done right ..like a blank canvas. Also, bulking when you are lean is way more motivating. When you start to get the rippedness and see your pump at the gym, you will feel good and wanna keep going.

A skinny guy who bulked for 2 years will look better than a chubby guy who bulked for two years. Yeah getting lean can be hard that's why most people don't do it but it's actually easy af once you get the hang of it. You just gotta deal with being super skinny for awhile, but your facial aesthetics will be top tier and you will have more confidence. Plus , once your already lean, it's easier to lose fat once you do cut again. I also read you build the most muscle when you are between 12%-15% bodyfat.
