I’ve had that issue before aswell especially after dieting for months some tips I’d give you are

Massively increase water intake and drink Diet Coke or any diet drink if you don’t have issues with that
Try lower fats in diet to give space for protein and carbs as those are 4calories per gram whereas fat is 9 cal
Remove the binge food from the house if your staring at cookies all day it’s gonna be hard to resist the temptation
Implement volume full food into your diet such as fruit and veg especially veg which can have a massive volume but low calories
Try increase fibre or take a fibre supplement before eating this will trick your body into thinking it’s full
Make sure you diet is high in protein really high protein digestion begins in the stomach so if your eating high protein food your stomach will hold the food for longer giving you a satisfactory feeling for longer
Try find low cal versions of your binge foods I like low cal ice cream you can either buy or make at home
I did this and no matter how much low kcal foods I ate my stomach was a bottomless pit

I do pretty much the same but at peak diet it used to be 17-20k steps as I forced my self to walk everywhere I also used caffeine which helped alot I did 200mg tabs on a morning and then if it was bad an energy drink aswell and yeh you should be able to get it in in Europe and got it but that type of intervention should be last and make sure you research it before using it I recommended watching this video to get a better understanding on it

Nothing close to the extent that sema did after my first shot the next day I just had no cravings for food walking through the sweet aile was easy and not tempting I’d get fuller A lot quicker etc but obviously you need to know what you are doing and not half hazardously take a synthetic compound like a lot of idiots without knowing the full effects I didn’t really take anyother appetite suppressants but I did do stuff like drink loads of water high caffeine intake high veg and fruit intake not do as much high intensity cardio and do more low intensity bcos HIT burns more but make you hungrier eat really high protein and not drink my calories I wouldn’t drink sugary drinks at all

an easy fix for your T is just smoke cigs or light cubans. it boosts T already confirmed

You're not going to get matches with chubby cheeks and sagging nasolabial folds anyway, so any amount of additional testosterone will go to complete waste instead of being channeled towards a FWB or one night stand.

You don't need to lean down forever. Eat at a deficit for 3-6 months while using clenbuterol or DNP, and most guys at 20% body fat can get very close to hollow cheeks and visible abs.

After that, maintain that body fat for the rest of your life simply by not overeating.
