the reality is that Leanmaxing especially doing so aggressively will negatively impact all your other max’s - including testosterone maxing, sex maxing, growth and height maxing in some cases and social maxing it could even affect money-maxing
Now before I start I wanna say if you’re a fat guy 20plus percent body fat this doesn’t apply if you are skinny fat it probably also doesn’t apply. You should most definitely go into a deficit
This is only applying to those who would die for having a little more hollow checks and think that’s all there is to life while having the diet of a 10 year old girl to achieve this also those who are built like a twig and think being lean is all that matters
testosterone maxing- if you are depriving your body of calories and nutrients for an extended period of time it’s known that in turn your test decreases and this can be a large decrease
Sex maxing - how are you meant to be a dominant figure and dominate a woman when you have test levels of a 90 year old granny and have her energy levels bcos you eat 3.5 almonds a day to achieve hollow cheeks
Height and height maxing - if you are in your puberty years it is important to fuel your body for the changes that are to come you won’t grow a flower without watering it the same your body won’t grow and develop properly if you don’t feed it
Social maxing - I can attest to this as I’m sure others can but when you are really lean and are on a very low cal diet you’re more irritable and less sociable in general it’s harder to meet and make new friends bcos of mood levels also if you are taking it rlly seriously you will begin to avoid social events as things like food will be there or you just might not even want to anymore bcos of your energy and or mood levels
Money maxing - if you diet hard enough making money outside of a job, for example starting a business will be so much harder as your motivation levels will be dead low amd everything will seem like a chore and you’ll have no drive due to lack of testosterone

I’m not saying you should be a fat piece of shit as that’s possible even worse than Leanmaxing to death but you should be a healthy levelish which is maintainable where you are still nice and lean but still healthy where you sleep and enduro time system shouldn’t be affected at all and if so very little , those hollow cheeks and insane veins won’t help when you get ED bcos you’re eating like a little girl and have test levels lower than my grandma
