I’m currently a gymcel I go 4-5 times a week, normal sleep schedule, but the problem is I’m tryna lose 10lbs, I’m already lean but I’m tryna get my bf% down, im literally addicted to goyslop and sodas it’s my main source of nutrients, what should I do?
