i have tried to lose weight but i cant. i keep getting tempted by goyslop and other bloat foods.im not sure on what to do, please give me advice on how to ease these cravings.

worst advice ever- starvmaxxing doesnt work in the long run since u just get bloated and ur metabolism slows down even more. So when you relapse then u gain even more weight than you lost before. Its best to just to just do 3 hours of cardio a day, no amount of goyslop is outpacing the stairmaster

yeah but if you do it corectly like you will eat 700-1000 calories a day and it will be good quality meat or diary than in short them weight loss it can help

yeah but i am not saying like total starve im saying to just eat half of what you are suppossed that way you wont loose much muscle and loose bf fast and get rif of water in your body
