Eat. Dead serious especially if you are younger than 21, sacrificing a lot of shit, health, looks wise, and basically trading good years of your life, losing weight wont make you feel lees than shit. If you scared abt anything but looks health wise, take estrogen blockers to compensate, take precautions of prediabetes and etc, but if you are less then 300 pounds, which I'm confident you are, just forget about this kind of deficitsI'm on a 1k+ calorie cut, what do I need to do to stop feeling like a miserable shit cus of undereating?

If you're anything above 22 bmi you should be cutting bro, this guys babbling. Stay in your deficit just maybe not such an extreme one, if you're looking for ways to reduce appetite there's always semaglutide and retatrutide obv. Always take the natural route first thoughThanks bru, I'm eating around 1 kg of potatos and chicken on the side +supplements, will it really fuck me up? fucking eat dude, you should be eating 5k cal a day lmaoI'm on a 1k+ calorie cut, what do I need to do to stop feeling like a miserable shit cus of undereating?
Obesity, especially in young ppl, sub 35-40 bmi don't do any damage by itself(every issue is dietary/life style choices) only producing more stress on hormone levels which could be regulated bia pills, extreme diets like his just will fuck up his metabolism, hormone levels even more, his muscle/fat content, and fry his stamina/brain/morals for a long time. I haven't said to him to gain weight nor to keep it, I said eat, eat properly, and maintain lite deficitdumbest take of all time, what the fuck are you on about
18 turning 19How old are you
Then I'd turn into a fucking bubble dudefucking eat dude, you should be eating 5k cal a day lmao
Make your diet more diverse, you like in vita deficit in almost everything, like literally even protein is probably low, there is no point in getting leaner faster, cuz you will kill your muscles and just will have worst body composition, I'm silent abt fat and water retention coming back even moreThanks bru, I'm eating around 1 kg of potatos and chicken on the side +supplements, will it really fuck me up? I'm taking vitamin, mineral supplements and creatine, getting enough protein from chicken and I think I'm doing alr, I'm a manlet dude so I don't need much of anything. Search vita tables for meals, think about how much calories you usually need/what is your lifestyle, try to have -300 calories of your norm, not much more, focus on actually losing only fat, not just dropping numbers. Don't look at the BMI, work on body composition. You can go to the gym now, take gh/test(but please also think about it, read how to do it carefully and etc), and you will be golden
Actually gh is somewhat needed now, less muscle loss on extreme diets with temporary setbacks of water retention and in some cases more appetite so you should go for it

It's like you didn't even read what I said at all. Obviously obesity doesn't affect a younger person as much or do as much damage, however creating a healthier life style earlier in life helps create healthier habits like remaining in shape. I guided him along the way while saying an extreme calorie deficit isn't healthy, you'll lose muscle mass, and fuck up your hormones like you've said. However the way you portrayed your message virtually telling him if he is sub 300 pounds then he doesn't need to diet, which is wrong.Obesity, especially in young ppl, sub 35-40 bmi don't do any damage by itself(every issue is dietary/life style choices) only producing more stress on hormone levels which could be regulated bia pills, extreme diets like his just will fuck up his metabolism, hormone levels even more, his muscle/fat content, and fry his stamina/brain/morals for a long time. Its the way I portrayed it because he is a kid who is on insane deficites, which presumably means that he struggles a lot psyhologically, he wasnt seeking advice for a safe way to do it or anything, he basically wanted a guide how to fast properly, my way of answering was to say its essential for him to eat, and if he isnt 300 pounds he should be anywhere near this kind of deficites, he hadnt put up his weight but I`m fairly confident its around or is in the healthy range, so instead of fasting or dieting he could say be in the neutral, create deficite by working out, or even in the proficite just compensate with proper nutrition and etcIt's like you didn't even read what I said at all. Yh dude I go to the gym and I'm just trying to hit around 12% bf, I understand my diet and as I said I supplement whatever is missing, although I've followed your advice and added some variety to my diet. I'm not struggling psychologically, when I posted this question I felt like shit, but I guess just needed to get used to not eating all the time. I'm all good dude, thank you for worrying about me but I'm good, i still wanna start on test and gh and ive got an idea of what both of them do.Its the way I portrayed it because he is a kid who is on insane deficites, which presumably means that he struggles a lot psyhologically, he wasnt seeking advice for a safe way to do it or anything, he basically wanted a guide how to fast properly, my way of answering was to say its essential for him to eat, and if he isnt 300 pounds he should be anywhere near this kind of deficites, he hadnt put up his weight but I`m fairly confident its around or is in the healthy range, so instead of fasting or dieting he could say be in the neutral, create deficite by working out, or even in the proficite just compensate with proper nutrition and etc
Let me repeat - I see a kid who is struggling psyhologically, he wont do any better to himself with unproper diets(even with less deficites)
So health wise, long term looks wise, a point could be given that its better for him not to lose the weight, do step by step and etc, I`m pretty sure he isnt working out properly due to his previous post, he does not understand value of nutrition taken by food, he doesnt at all understand how things like hgh works(literally 0 clue), so by psyhological portrait he is just uneducated and probably depressed too
So in this case its important to firstly start working out, then actually implement a somewhat decent diet(and learn how to do so, so it would be rich in essential thing), only then LEARN about dieting and then diet, its a self hard work that should be done, instead of simply putting "well yeah 1k def is to much, but 300 on fucking potatos and chicken will for sure do the trick", (sounds like healthy lifestyle)? and I`m silent abt his without understanding desire to blast smth in himself, basically u just digging up his grave
So yeah, in some cases its presumably better to not diet, when he has no understanding in nutrition and body composition, consequences from this diet would be far worse(physically as well as mentally), if he literally hadnt done shit, so yeah I put it up
