Just got done with a 2 month bulk gained maybe 3 pounds. The problem is I’m 6’0 152 lbs at 14.4% bf.

Keep in mind that this is a compression shirt. I can’t seem to gain for shit unless I eat like a complete retard. I started my cut yesterday bc I want abs for swimming season. Should I cut to 11% bf? Also how bad is my subhuman frame?

Thanks but I have death tier fat distribution. I look pregnant if I don’t lift and count calories for a month. I will never have shredded abs

From yesterday post workout. Maybe the compression shirt helps the fraud. I have low weight from a small frame and low muscle building genetics

Whats your workout routine? It seems like your weak points are your shoulders & back.

I do PPL.
push: bench press, shoulder press, overhead tricep extensions, shrugs, dips, pec flys, lateral raises (3 sets for everything)
pull: either wide grip pullups or lat pulldowns, seated row, dumbbell curls
legs- squats, leg extensions, calf raises

I might try to get on test. Thanks for the input

Add some muscle and you will look aesthetically better

Slave in the gym every week like an African slave rowing below deck in the old wooden british colonial ships.

Continue to count calories like an autist.

With any luck you may gain 2lbs of lean muscle per year.

Also, be sure to wear small looking footwear, no bigger than uk size 8, otherwise it's truly over for a birdboned mini-lanklet framecels like us.

I wear a 10 1/2 US size. Gym is good, counting calories is good.

I actually meant to put 3lbs of muscle. I was 146 at the start of my bulk and went to 155. Yeah but it’s not just my ribcage I’m just a narrow guy. 18.5 biacromial, 22.3 bidelt
 
I'm 1,88m and 60Kg, that has to be less than 10% bodyfat, right?

It's just weird since my jaw doesn't feel very lean. I still have some fat in it, it seems.
Idk how old you are but when I graduated from HS I was 6ft 127lbs. Your metabolism must be fast as shit

I'm 17 and will graduate this year.
It's not really my metabolism, I just eat very little. I'm like Anton Ego only slightly less menacing.

It's all about bf % and muscle tissue, when you are that skinny and at such a low weight, yes you are at a low bf % in theory, but your face looks chubby because you lack muscle mass. If you gain muscle tissue, a lot of the fat will be used to help with "supporting" the muscle mass leading to overall improvement in both body composition and facial leanness.

Along with that, a crappy diet. At such a low weight your metabolism will naturally be screwed due to eating so few calories / low intake of protein.
