ive heard different opinions some say its okay to go into 500-600 steep deficit to loose fat but some say it will stunt your growth no matter what you should not go into deficit. what do i believe (i am around 20%bf maybe 22)
 
Leanmaxxing stunting growth is a meme tbh
just don't starvemaxx

nah i would say dont do leanmaxxing in Puberty eat your carbs Testmaxx or take hgh to maximize Puberty but not starve while you developing

Get on a severe defecit of max 1000 kcal of protein till u get to ur desired bodyfat or maybe like a a few pounds away if ur fat atm
Just very lean beef or chicken and maybe some cheese max 200kcal in the morning for ur calcium or wtv you woll feel like shit but imo its better then starving urself (defecit) for a prolonged period of time
