Breakfast: eggs scrambled with tomatoes = 350 kcal
Lunch : random ramadan foods = 500 kcal

Dinner: chicken breast with tomatoes and ayran = 1000 kcal

Now Im gonna eat green apple for the lord and complete it into 2k

dinner chicken breast 200g-600 calories
1300 calories im dropping pounds without suffering this way

1300 is too brutal for me. I dont want to put my body this much catabolic state tbh 1800-2000 is safe

It is if you do it for way too long. As of now, I'm at 13 percent bf(my diet has been pretty shit lately). I'm planning to cut down to 10 percent bf in 4 days

Better to have 40g of protein each meal to get enough 2.5 - 3g of leucine needed for mtor activation -- muscle protein synthesis, along with some carbohydrates for insulin, which prevents muscle breakdown.

This way you can decrease calories without losing muscle and thyroid/metabolic function.

garbage meal plan, no even exaggerating there's like zero micronutrition in all that. People here spend a fortune on skin products and then eat diets like this lol
