Í went to 6 different food and coffee locations and have consoomed 10k calories(might be 12k as well) in a window of 4 hours Í look like fucking michael smit h today Í guess back to square 1.

I would nearly do the same back in my binge eating days fueled by weed. Honest advice is if you go over 5000 cals in a day, just stick a finger down your throat and vomit it back up. Don't get into a habit of doing this often but it's just not worth it to keep the calories down, that's like 3 weeks of dieting wasted in a single day.
