So i’m 18 5’9 150 around 18%bf and i’m eating 2200cal 120g protein. my activities are (lift 4-5x a week with 10k steps a day).

my lifts in the gym are going down and feeling weak.

what activity level am i considered? should i increase calories a bit?
 
less calories, more healthy carbs.
 
what activity level do i put in the calculator? ( i lift 4x a week and walk 10k steps)
 
HIIT twice a week
