My diet is literally canned chicken, diet soda, zynns, protein shakes, steak and cheese. I will persevere and fight these goyslop temptations

I’m on ostarine so the assumption is I’m maintaining 90% of my muscle

Leanmaxxing is extremely easy if you're not retarded. Just eat natural whole foods and it's impossible to stay fat.
